Your current settings
ViroPop works without an account. In analytics-enabled builds, PostHog receives usage events only after you allow usage statistics. A random technical identifier groups those events into a pseudonymous profile. Version 1.0.0 (build 5) has analytics disabled, even when its statistics switch is on.
This page explains your choices. It does not read or change the settings on your device.
Usage statistics
- Open ViroPop and go to Settings.
- Find Anonymous usage statistics.
- Turn the switch off to withdraw permission for usage measurement.
Your preference is saved locally. In analytics-enabled builds, turning it off stops new usage collection once the opt-out is processed. Already queued events and the opt-out event may still be sent. Your scores are not erased, and you can keep playing.
This choice does not delete earlier PostHog records. Despite the setting’s wording, those records are pseudonymous, not fully anonymous. For access or deletion requests, contact us below.
Remove local game data
Your scores, local leaderboard, progress and preferences are stored on your device. To remove the app and its local data on iPhone:
- Open Settings → General → iPhone Storage.
- Select ViroPop.
- Choose Delete App and confirm.
This removes your local progress. “Offload App” keeps documents and data, so it is not the same action. The game’s “Reset tutorial” option only resets the tutorial.
Backups may contain earlier app data and may restore it later. Manage your device backups separately in Apple’s settings if you also want to remove a backed-up copy.
Apple and linked websites
Manage diagnostic sharing, TestFlight participation and backups through the relevant Apple settings. These choices are separate from ViroPop’s in-game statistics switch.

Send a privacy request
To request access, correction or deletion of information held by NKPROD, or to ask a privacy question, email hello@nkprod.fr with “ViroPop privacy request” in the subject.
Describe your request and whether it concerns support correspondence or PostHog analytics. We do not associate analytics profiles with email addresses, so an email address alone may not identify your analytics records. We will explain what limited additional information is needed, if any, to locate the records and verify the request. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Deleting the app or turning off statistics does not automatically erase analytics already stored in PostHog. We cannot access or erase the local game data on your device remotely. Read the ViroPop privacy policy for more information.
